Girls Teching Over is a tech education and workforce development consultancy partnering with organizations preparing learners and the workforce for an AI-driven economy.

We work with workforce development boards, colleges, nonprofits, and employers to design and deliver programs that align education with real-world hiring needs, measurable workforce outcomes, and business-driven workforce preparation.

While we know Girls Teching Over from our brand represents a journey rooted in equity, our partnerships are inclusive and designed to support learners and professionals of all genders. We partner with organizations to build equitable, workforce-aligned tech pathways that move learners into careers.

Rather than one-size-fits-all training, we help organizations plan strategically, design with purpose, and deliver readiness experiences that lead to long-term workforce success.

Our Mission

Our mission is to close the tech talent gap by supporting organizations in building workforce-aligned programs that prepare learners and professionals for the future of work.

We strive to position workforce development as more than exposure to technology. We keep designing, structuring, and intentional program design grounded in real labor-market needs.
